Can I save my application and come back later?
Yes. The application flow is structured to support drafts so families can complete each section over time.
Do you connect directly to DES systems?
No. We support a practical internal review flow that collects your DES status and proof documents without pretending to be a state integration.
When can I pay online?
Online payment is only opened after approval. Families see payment readiness and invoice details inside the portal.
Can I upload records online?
Yes. Food program forms, emergency information, immunization records, authorization details, DES proof, and other documents can be uploaded in the application flow and documents area.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks are provided during the care day.
What families complete before approval
Some forms are completed directly in the portal so the team can review them faster. Official PDFs stay available for download when needed.

Authorization is captured in the portal and is also part of the ADHS emergency record card.
Accessibility, secure uploads, and family privacy are part of the foundation of this portal. Full row-level security policies are scaffolded for Supabase setup in the project notes.
