Yes. The application flow is structured to support drafts so families can complete each section over time.

Do you connect directly to DES systems?

No. We support a practical internal review flow that collects your DES status and proof documents without pretending to be a state integration.

When can I pay online?

Online payment is only opened after approval. Families see payment readiness and invoice details inside the portal.

Can I upload records online?

Yes. Guardian ID, immunization placeholders, DES proof, and other documents can be uploaded in the application flow and documents area.
